How we will work together:
This 3 month coaching programme is designed to dive deep into your menstrual cycle and health history, lifestyle, and imbalances, addressing any challenges you may be facing.
My goal is to give you the tools to create a deeper understanding of your body and cycle. Through my one-of-a-kind personally tailored cycle education and exploratory exercises, we’ll collaborate to overcome your cycle challenges or simply help you gain a clearer understanding of how your menstrual cycle and hormones influence your daily life.
I’ll guide you in championing cyclical living, supporting you to connect with your body and align with its natural rhythms. Together, we’ll set achievable health goals and embrace simple and easy lifestyle changes, allowing you to live in harmony with your menstrual cycle.
In our sessions, we will:
Consciously create new and healthy lifestyle patterns to improve your cycle health
Identify any cycle imbalances you might have and develop a plan to address them
Heal your relationship with your cycle, creating a positive connection

What to expect:
We will meet online via Zoom or in person if you’re located in London and enjoy face-to-face meeting.
The 6 sessions will take place over 12 weeks, so our work together will be 3 months in total, spanning 3 menstrual cycles.
This is so we have ample time and can go slowly with this journey to work on your challenges, make lifestyle adaptations, and see what comes up across the weeks.
Once we have had our connection call, I will send you some forms to fill in, which will tell me what you’re currently struggling with and what you would like to work on or overall goals you want to sent.
This information will help me tailor these sessions to you and get a sense of what we need to work on and where we can take our work.
Our first session will be 1.5 hours, where we will get to know one another and take a deep dive on your cycle, your history and where you are now.
Subsequent sessions will be around 1 hour.
In our sessions we set goals that you want to achieve, and we only go as far as you are comfortable going, this is your journey after all.
